ETSM Technical Services Ltd. is a privately owned, family run corporation, proudly located in the city of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. We established our roots in 1985 in a facility of just 1,000 square feet where our staff consisted of 2 employees offering only welding and machining services. Today, we employ over 50 people at two facilities totaling 65,000 square feet.
With the trust and support of our diverse customer base, we were able to expand our services and knowledge into the industries of transformer, mining, paper, metal, and plastic industries as well as servicing customers in the sectors of construction, parking and agriculture to name a few. We specialize in the custom design and manufacturing of coil winding equipment for the electrical transformer and power distribution industries. Expanding into the global marketplace in 2005, we now offer coil winding solutions worldwide.
ETSM is dedicated to the ongoing investment in our team with the most advanced training and equipment possible to remain competitive in today’s marketplace. Our capabilities have grown to include custom machine design, machining, welding, millwrighting, sheet metal fabrication, prototyping, automation and process control, small production runs, powder coating and steel grit blasting. Our skilled and certified team has 20+ years of research and development experience to ensure your concept is met with targeted solutions directed to meet your application. We also offer a full service and maintenance team of experienced industrial mechanics for onsite repairs.
Our extensive inventory of modern, well maintained and sophisticated equipment includes CNC machining centers, laser cutters, bending equipment, robotic welders and a full service CWB certified welding operation that is capable of handling parts weighing up to 10 tons. Our powder coating facility, Aegis Custom Powder Coaters, also includes a steel grit blasting division and powder coating line capable of one-offs up to 70” x 94” x 288”. This solution provides our customers with a single-vendor solution to simplify and expedite your sourcing process.
