This coil uprighter was designed and manufactured by ETSM Technical Services, Ltd. for use in the transformer manufacturing industry. Every part of the machine was fabricated and it was manufactured with CNC machining and MIG welding by certified welders. It features hydraulic operated locks to secure the arbour, a one-minute elapsed time to upright the coil and automated arbour adjustments in both horizontal and vertical positions.

This upender also includes a category 3 rating safety circuit with dual redundant monitored contactors and dual contacts in the emergency stop devices. Ship time was 20 weeks to Savannah, Georgia (USA) and Australia. We manufacture to your custom specifications as well as to other industry and governmental standards, and installation is completed with ETSM supervision.
